In 2016, Kazakhstan Aviation Industry LLP was opened in order to develop the aviation industry and the competitiveness of Kazakhstan in the marketplace, maintenance and renovation of aircrafts. From 2018 to 2020, for the first time a domestic enterprise carried out servicing programmes on An-72, Su-25 Su-27, S-295 aircrafts in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In recent years, the staff of the enterprise has doubled, up to 200 personnes.
