The first airport in Turkestan will be launched in 2020

According to Tengritravel.kz, Turkestan Authorities intend to open an international airport in 2020. As it became known, the terminal capacity would be 3 million passengers per year. The facility should be brought into operation at the end of 2020.

If funding is allocated, the ministry would begin the reconstruction of two more runways in Urjar and Usharal cities.
